Following numerous requests we have had it in our bistro this year, we are delighted to add our award winning 'Light cure smoked salmon' steaks to the products we offer online. Light cure salmon should be treated as a raw product and requires cooking. This is the salmon we use in our famous fish & chips. The salmon is lightly cured and smoked and is ready for you to cook at home.
Ruby's favourite way of cooking the light cure smoked salmon, is to add some fresh herbs ( dill works particularly well) and freshly ground black pepper, drizzle with a little oil and top with slices of lemon, then roast gently in the oven for around 25 minutes. Wonderful for dinner parties.
Each pack contains 4 slamon steaks, weighing between 600-700g.
